21st April 2010 - The Free 8 day holiday to the tropical island of Madagascar has been drawn.

SELFTOURS invited an outside organisation, totally independent from Selftours, and who had no interest or gain from the resulting draw.

Mr Shaun Van Eck, CEO of Knysna Tourism was invited to do the honours of drawing our lucky winners.
Knysna Tourism is very active in promoting the Eden area and have won the prestigious award of the Best Provincial Tourist Office in the Western Cape.  This has also lead to Knysna Hosting two Soccer World Cup teams, namely Denmark and France.

Knysna is a natural paradise, with so much to offer, whether your interests are hiking, mountains, water sport, golf, fishing, camping, fine cuisine, or just a few lazy days on the beach.  Knysna in the heart of the Garden Route, makes for an excellent holiday destination for all age groups.

Hi

Thanks to Self tours for an all paid expenses trip to Madagascar .What an amazing island. Just to sit and watch the sun rise and set is truly the best one can ever see. As for the beaches it is the best. Imagine walking 50 meters into the water and the water only comes up to your waist. Watching the tides come in & out every 6 hours is amazing. The people on the island are friendly & loving. The Nosey Be Hotel was very clean & neat.Elma the owner made us feel very comfortable and even arranged us special meals when we requested. As for the staff of the hotel they are absolutely wonderful people. Their hospitality touched our hearts. When we were leaving on the Saturday morning most of the staff was there to send us off and we all had tears in ours eyes. Thank you Steve for choosing my sms and very special thanks to Cheryl for a well organized trip. Because of you guys we had the most beautiful time of our lives. I will highly recommend my family & friends to book via your company. Many thanks once again for all your help

2nd March 2010 - The Free travel Hamper Draw took place.

SELFTOURS invited an outside company totally independent from Selftours and who had no interest or gain from the resulting draw.

Ms Dianne Pepler, Marketing Manager of the Featherbed Company of Knysna was invited to do the honours on behalf of all contestants.  The Featherbed Company is well known for offering holiday makers an unforgettable experience on Knysna Lagoon with their various boats including dining aboard their Paddle Cruiser and John Benn.
